TERMS FOR NON-REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS
No shipping. All sales are made only on the terms published in the catalog. Announcements day of auction take precedence. Such terms will usually include: Kansas sales tax will be collected, unless announcements are made otherwise. Out of state buyers who hold a sales tax exception certificate in their state are not subject to sales tax, however a Kansas Exemption form ST-28M must be completed and a copy of your State certificate must be kept on file. Bidders must pay before leaving the auction; Cash always preferred but good check usually accepted and Visa, Mastercard, AmEx sometimes accepted. Items in these auctions are sold as is with no guarantee whatsoever. Guns and ammunition are specifically not warranted for shooting. Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and any ammunition in these auctions are sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only. All sales of firearms will be in strict compliance with all firearms laws and regulations. Accuracy of catalog and other descriptions is not guaranteed.
